After more than 11 years of running Pakinnaka Thai Cooking School, Chef Wandee proudly launches Le Lert — a Thai craft restaurant created to celebrate homemade, from-scratch Thai cuisine thoughtfully paired with craft beers.
The inspiration behind Le Lert began years ago, when Chef Wandee invested her savings from her time working as a chef in Iceland. After work, she spent countless evenings exploring the world of craft beer at The Brothers Brewery on Westman Island, in southern Iceland. That experience sparked a lasting passion for beer pairing and craftsmanship, which now lives at the heart of Le Lert.
With a deep love for Thai curries, Chef Wandee dedicated years to studying and refining spice blends—especially Massaman curry. Through experimentation and tradition, she developed a unique recipe that has since become one of the restaurant’s signature dishes.
Le Lert is led by Chef Wandee alongside Chef Lertnarong, an experienced cooking trainer specializing in authentic Thai cuisine and traditional Thai drinking dishes. Together, they bring balance, depth, and genuine Thai flavors to every plate.
